Shipping Policy

At LEVELTONE, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 working days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery — Ireland Standard delivery across Ireland takes 3-5 working days.

Delivery — United Kingdom Standard delivery across the UK takes 5-7 working days. Shipping is €10 per order.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delays While we always aim to deliver within the timeframes above, occasionally delays may occur due to factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us at info@leveltone.co and we'll sort it out for you.
